Our winter hibernation is about to come to an end. Next Tuesday Montreal artist Shirley Katz will be speaking about her artwork in a lecture titled, "A Changing Vision:A Selection of My Paintings."
I was downtown on Wednesday evening as the Montreal Highlights Festival was just warming up its magical light show. There are many different Festival activites and sites, here is a link to their internet site:





Two of our members, Deanne Hall-Habeeb and Cheryl Braganza, attended the vernissage of Gisele Amantea's exhibit at the Musée d'art de Joliette, one of our organized cultural outings. A big thanks to Cheryl for sending me these photos. She found the show "interesting and thought provoking".
